The Software Production Division creates and implements its own IT solutions. We focus on innovative products and technologies that allow our clients to become a leader in the efficiency and value of their solutions, we support our clients when it comes to IT systems, in organizational and process changes, we help improve organizations, increase efficiency, automate and integrate processes.

In the solutions provided, we use artificial intelligence mechanisms, e.g. in the processes of qualification and recognition of documents, information management, process approach to the functioning of the organization.

How we work?

The Software Production Division implements all projects based on the latest global trends (Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, Big Data or mobile technologies, advanced OCR, artificial intelligence) and best practices, including in the field of process operation of the organization, GDPR, risk management, production, planning, purchasing (PZP) or logistics.

The Software Production Division operates in two main streams:

  • Creating and implementing own software products, tailoring them to the needs of a particular client or the environment, like for example, a purchasing platform.
  • Complementing complex ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) with components not available or not suited to the current specification, like workflow engine, process efficiency monitor.

Electronic Document Circulation (EOD) is a complete platform enabling the implementation of process management of document flow and information flow in an organization.

The EOD system consists of two main elements: Modeling environment allowing to define the flow of processes, the scope of documents, design screen forms and run processes. Content repository containing ready solutions for invoice circulation, orders, fixed assets, logistics, purchases, HR etc.

The EOD system can be used both in large organizations of thousands of employees and in smaller companies of a dozen or several dozen people. It can be used to support one process (invoice flow, for instance) as well as to entire areas of the organization’s operation. The great advantage is the possibility of gradual implementation, according to acquired experience or increasing needs.

The favorable and flexible licensing policy means that each organization will find an offer tailored to its needs.

Electronic Document Management is a platform enabling digital documentation management in all Public Administration organizations, local governments, state treasury companies and universities in Poland.

The system was created by officials and specialists from NASK in order to improve the functioning of public administration units by providing them modern digital solutions in the area of electronic document management. The undisguised advantage of this solution is free licensing. Our experience and knowledge gained during the implementation of electronic document circulation systems and the implementation of many projects for Public Administration allow us to carry out Electronic Document Management implementation and maintenance projects. We implement them both in the on-premise model (in the client’s infrastructure) and in the cloud model.
